Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all seasonal bookings for corporate hospitality. In these terms and conditions, the expression "the Club" refers solely to Manchester City Football Club Ltd and "the Client" means the person, firm or company booking the package.


1. Payment shall be cash, cheque, bankers draft or such credit cards as are accepted by the Club. If applicable - cheques to be made payable to "Manchester City Football Club Limited".
2. Full payment must be received before tickets will be released.
3. Payment is required within 30 days from the date of invoice or by 31st July 2009 (whichever date falls first), or if applicable strictly according to the payment plan agreed with the Club.
4. In the event of cancellation or part cancellation of a booking by the Client the Club reserves the right to levy a 100% charge. Deposits are non refundable or transferable.
5. The Club may cancel the booking at any time: a) If the booking might, in opinion of the Club, prejudice the reputation of the Club, or b) If the Client is more than 30 days in arrears of payments due to the Club.
6. The Club does not grant the Client any rights whatever to transfer or sub-let the facilities or otherwise to any other person without the written consent of the Club.
7. The Club shall supply tickets to the Client for the admission of guests for each of the qualifying football matches to be played during the Season at the Stadium, which shall include admission to the relevant suite and match day catering if applicable to the package.
8. The Club will not be liable for any failure to provide or delay in providing facilities, services, food or beverages as a result of events or matters outside its' control.
9. The Client shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of its' guests and shall ensure at all times that its' guests conduct themselves in a proper and lawful manner.
10. The Client shall ensure all its guests adhere to the Club's dress code relevant to the facility booked. This is clearly printed on all hospitality tickets.
11. The Club shall make available to the Client car parking places (based on one space per four guests) for each qualifying football match taking place at the Stadium during the season, without production of which no motor car shall be admitted.
12. The Club shall take all reasonable precautions for the security of the property of Clients and guests, but all property is left unattended at the owner's risk.
13. The Club shall not be responsible for any damage to or theft of any motor vehicle parked at the Stadium.
14. Admission to the facility will be available 2 and a half hours prior to kick off and up to 1 hour after the game has finished.
15. If a fixture is postponed more than 4 hours prior to kick-off, you will be able to transfer your booking to the rearranged fixture.
16. If a game is abandoned within 4 hours prior to kick off you are entitled to a match ticket for the re-arranged date with hospitality for the re-arranged fixture charged at an additional price.
17. If a game is abandoned between kick off and half time you are entitled to half the ticket price only. Thereafter a refund will be made.
18. For the purpose of this agreement a 'qualifying football match' comprises all matches played by the Club's first team in any domestic league and all English Cup competitions. This excludes European Competitions.
19. By accepting the written confirmation the Client agrees to adhere to and be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The Club reserves the right to change any of the above terms and conditions at any time and will publicise such changes on the Clubs hospitality website.
