Forthcoming Events Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment is required upon booking . Payment can be made via Credit or Debit cards or by Cheque.

2. In the event of cancellation all payments are non-refundable.

3. Guests are liable for any damages to the property of Manchester City Football Club.

4. Manchester City Football Club reserve the right to amalgamate events to guarantee minimum numbers. Consequently we also reserve the right to move events into more suitable suites.

5. In the event that a cancellation is made by Manchester City Football Club, then guests are entitled to a full refund of monies paid.

6. We reserve the right to change or cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control or fixture commitments.

7. Any additional service or services must be paid for on the event date. No credit facilities will be offered without prior agreement.

8. Manchester City Football Club, whilst taking care to honour it's commitment, regret that it will not accept liability for any errors, omissions or cancellations by Manchester City Football Club however caused and limit any claim to refund of monies paid.

9. Our Standard Terms & Conditions for Conference & Events apply, which can be found from the home page. In the event of any inconsistencies between these booking conditions and our standard booking conditions for Conference & Events, these booking conditions shall prevail.
